quikkplay Data Deletion
Last updated: 2026-10-30
quikkplay does not provide QuikkLabs user accounts. Most quikkplay data is stored on your Android device and can be deleted by you directly.
Delete Data On Your Device
- Clear Jellyfin settings in quikkplay to remove stored Jellyfin server details and tokens.
- Clear or change the ElevenLabs API key in quikkplay settings.
- Delete generated captions, cache files, diagnostics exports, edited media, or downloaded files using quikkplay or Android storage tools where applicable.
- Clear quikkplay app storage in Android Settings to remove app-private preferences, caches, generated captions, diagnostics, and local app state.
- Uninstall quikkplay to remove app-private data stored by the app.
Also remove saved Jellyfin logins through your Android credential provider if needed. Exported files, shared copies, Android backups and data held by external services may remain after uninstalling the app.
Request Deletion Help
To request help with quikkplay data deletion, email quikklabs.support@gmail.com with the subject line "quikkplay data deletion request".
Include the device model, Android version, and a short description of the quikkplay data you want help deleting. Do not include passwords, API keys, Jellyfin access tokens, or private media files in your email.
Data Kept Outside quikkplay
If you use external services such as Jellyfin or ElevenLabs, manage server-side account deletion and service-side data directly with those services. quikkplay cannot delete data from a Jellyfin server or ElevenLabs account that it does not operate.
Retention
quikkplay keeps local app data until it is replaced, cleared by an in-app action, removed by Android storage cleanup, cleared through Android Settings, or deleted when you uninstall the app.
